…I am so thankful that Dr.Frodel was able to see my son today for urgent care, despite it being the day before Christmas Eve. All the staff were so warm and friendly. Including the front desk lady, Megan, dental hygienist, and of course Dr.Frodel. I was somewhat anxious when I arrived, although I’m used to having teeth extracted. The staff did everything they could to set me at ease (they even put up with my humor…or attempts at such!). The procedure went almost flawlessly. This was – I think- a somewhat difficult extraction but the only discomfort I experienced was when Dr. Braithwaite pushed to the right. There was some sympathetic pressure (I guess you’d call it that) in the space where the extracted tooth’s opposite had been before it was pulled. There were about three very brief episodes of the discomfort; on a scale of 1 to 10 the severity was about three. I didn’t even need to alert the doctor. Having dental work of this sort is not pleasant, but this was perhaps the easiest and least uncomfortable procedure I can remember. I’m writing this about four and a half hours after the work. The novacaine has worn off but my discomfort level is less than 1. I took two ibuprofin and I feel certain of a good night’s rest. All in all, if this is the worst I experience from now on, any further episodes of anxiety will likely turn out to be for nothing. Thanks for one of the best dental appointments I’ve ever been through. And yes, feel free to publish my comments.

I am impressed every time I walk in the doors of Pasco Family Dental. All the team members work as a family, they do not waste any time nor do they try to put on a false atmosphere with giant palm trees or waterfalls. Greg and his staff saved my smile with amazing skill and professionalism. With continued care with pros like Megan I am sure my health is in good hands.

I had a wonderful experience. It had been some time since my last cleaning, and I was quite anxious about my visit. Robin was very helpful to me over the phone, and friendly when I arrived. Christina took me back promptly, she was understanding about my time away, but encouraged me to be more regular. Carol came in to help, she was kind. Overall it was a great experience and I will encourage all my friends, family and acquaintances to come and see you. Thank you, I will see you in 6 months.

All of the people that I worked with today were great! Very courteous and kind. My dentist listened well and understood my questions and gave me answers in a great way that I was able to understand. Both Dr’s were great. I was able to work with both while we talked over the options for straightening my teeth. Both were very nice and respectful! Compared to other dentist offices and visits this was a nice and refreshing change. I may actually enjoy coming back to get my teeth worked on versus dreading it!
