Your smile is one of the first things people notice.

Brilliantly white, well-shaped teeth convey youth and enthusiasm. If your smile needs a makeover–we can help. Our cosmetic dentists provide a variety of safe, comfortable, conservative esthetic dentistry solutions to create beautiful and eye-catching smiles.

CerecCEREC is an acronym for Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics, or CERamic REConstruction. Translated, it means that a dentist can economically restore damaged teeth in a single appointment using a high-quality ceramic material that matches the natural color of other teeth.

Zoom!Zoom! Whitening is a bleaching process that lightens discoloration of enamel and dentin. The complete procedure takes less than an hour. The procedure begins with a preparation period followed as little as by 45 minutes of bleaching.

Orthodontics

Learn MoreOrthodontics not only improve the look of your smile, but can also be a necessary procedure to correct improper bites. We offer new technology and products such as Invisalign and Six-Month Smiles at West Pasco Family Dental.

BONDING

If you have a chipped, slightly misaligned, or otherwise imperfect tooth that needs cosmetic restoration, we may suggest one-appointment bonding.

The dentist can apply liquid composite resin, shaded to blend with your tooth’s color, to rebuild a pleasing shape to your tooth. After hardening the resin with a curing light, he will artistically sculpt and polish the restoration. In just one visit, you can enjoy a beautiful new smile!

BRIDGES

If you’ve lost teeth due to accident, injury, or gum disease, we can create a permanent bridge to restore your solid smile.

A bridge not only fills the gap, but it also prevents repositioning of remaining teeth. It can also correct a misaligned bite, improve chewing function and speech articulation, and provide internal structure for the face to give you a more youthful appearance.

CROWNS

A crown fits atop a compromised tooth to restore structural integrity and protect it from further damage.

Our dentists use all-ceramic, porcelain-fused-to-metal, and gold crowns. They’ll consider tooth location and stressors to determine the best material for your restoration. Porcelain crowns, most often placed on anterior (front) teeth, look and feel completely natural and are an ideal way to restore oral comfort, function, and appearance.

IMPLANTS

Even one missing tooth can diminish your appearance and jeopardize your oral health.

Our implant dentists offer custom-made dental implants to restore oral comfort and appearance to compromised smiles. Dental implants will be a permanent addition to your smile, so you won’t need adhesive or clasps, and they’ll never slip out of place. If you’re a candidate for implant dentistry, an oral surgeon will place tiny titanium posts in your jaw, one for each dental implant or a few to secure a denture, partial, or bridge. Your implant dentist will oversee the entire process and mount custom crowns or your prosthetic atop the posts to beautifully rejuvenate your smile.

VENEER

Porcelain Veneers, also referred to as dental veneers or porcelain laminates, are wafer thin shells of porcelain that are bonded to the front of teeth to create a cosmetic improvement and sometimes a bite improvement.

Porcelain veneers have successfully improved smiles by making dark teeth look lighter and healthier looking. They can make yellow teeth permanently whiter and gray tetracycline stained teeth look much more natural. Porcelain veneers can make crooked teeth look straight in just a few days. Patient’s can look and feel more confident, more professional and have a wonderfully natural looking smile.

GUM RECONTOURING

For patients who have excessive gum tissue, teeth can appear stubby.

What you may not know is that beneath that overgrown soft tissue, your teeth are just waiting to be revealed! If you have a gummy smile,we may recommend a gum lift, otherwise known as a gingivectomy.
