Dr. Greg Frodel
Dr. Frodel established West Pasco Family Dental in 1981 and has been serving the dental needs of Mid-Columbia families ever since. He moved his office to its new, convenient location in 2006. Dr. Frodel and West Pasco Family Dental use state-of-the-art technology and proven techniques to deliver quality care.
After graduating from Pasco High School, Dr. Frodel obtained his undergraduate degree from Washington State University and his DDS from the University of Washington. His passion for dentistry has led him to take hundreds of hours of continuing education courses in orthodontics, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and sleep apnea therapy. He stays current with modern tools and techniques to deliver exceptional patient care.
Dr. Frodel’s professional affiliations are further evidence of his passion for excellence. Memberships include the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Benton-Franklin County Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Sleep Dentistry, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and Dental Organization for Sleep Apnea.
Dr. Lawrence Braithwaite
Dr. Braithwaite is a motivated, enthusiastic dentist dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal oral health. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is a skilled communicator who appreciates one-on-one time with his patients. Dr. Braithwaite speaks both English and Spanish, so he allows our office to cater to the needs of the Hispanic community.
He received his BS from Brigham Young University and his DMD from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Braithwaite avidly pursues continuing education and is 6 Month Smiles certified.
Dr. Braithwaite enjoys camping, golfing, and spending time with his wife and daughters. He’s lived in the area for the past 5 years and spent two years in the Canary Islands on a church mission prior to joining our team.
Laurice
Office Manager
Sure, her title is “Office Manager,” however, underneath it should read : “glue that holds the family together, team mom, the Everywoman .” This, sadly, did not fit on her business card. Laurice has 3 active, aspiring children in various levels of education. An avid outdoors person with a firm grasp of technology and dental knowledge, Laurice has been the go-to at WPFD for many years.

With over 25 years experience as a Dental Assistant and a propensity for socialization, Carol will make you feel welcome here at WPFD. She has 2 boys, treasures her time spent with family and enjoys the intricacies of Washington viticulture.
Robin
Front Office\Assistant
Our front-office superstar, Robin has been with us for over 4 years. Having traveled to numerous exotic locations, including Brazil and Costa Rica, Robin brings her worldly outlook into our family. She is married and has a mischievous, albeit adorable, little son.
Kayla
Dental Assistant
The scope and breadth of Kayla’s duties the past 2 years here at WPFD are best described as expansive. An aspiring dentist who is currently studying for dental school while assisting the Dr’s of WPFD, she is a self-professed “military brat” and has lived all over the United States.
Megan
Dental Hygienist
A graduate of OIT in LaGrande, OR., Megan is a resident Dental Hygienist of WPFD. She has been with us for over 10 years in various capacities while attending school. She is a well-trailed Pacific Northwest hiker and camper, Megan is the proud parent of a first grader.
Kristi
Dental Assistant
She has been with WPFD since moving to its new Rd. 68 location back in 2006. Kristi is a very experienced dental assistant whose interests range from ATV riding to scrapbooking and everything in between. She is married with three children.

Please join me in welcoming a hometown dental graduate, receiving her degree in Dental Hygiene from CBC in Pasco, Washington. Christina has 3 years of experience and 3 children with whom she loves to spend her time.
